I have gladly helped the generous Fasch finding recordings by La Bande des Hautbois du Roi. There is some ceremonial music from France, Germany and England in the first disc. Then some suites by Lully and his disciple Collasse, played on wind instruments, coupled with later French concertos. Two discs feature Paolo Tognon as a soloist: sonatas by Boismortier (more from this author
here on MIMIC) and by Merci, an Englishman.
